01 / WHY THIS ROOM IS DIFFERENT
I've already built the community, coaching and operating systems.
I ran AgencyHub.com, a platform, fulfilment business and coaching community for marketing agencies. I coached owners through offers, sales, delivery and the awkward problems that appear after a client pays. We helped more than 150 agency owners, and I helped grow the business past $4 million in revenue.
In 2026, I left. AI was changing the economics of service businesses too quickly, and I had no interest in defending the old agency playbook. I wanted to take the systems I understood into a market old enough to have genuine room for disruption.
I chose Scotch whisky.
That became Edinburgh Cask Reserve. Alongside it, I built Installed Agents to put AI into the day-to-day work of service businesses. The Operator Room is where I open up the thinking, tools and mistakes behind those builds.
I am not teaching AI from the sidelines. I am using it to build businesses, then sharing what survives contact with real work.

Is this a course?
